Why Share Market Drop? (Regarding to the fall of Dow Jones last week)
It has been a hard time for share market last week since the drop 823 point of Dow Jones. There are two main reason the drop of the share market. It is because the hazard sign of federal going to raise the interest rate is around the corner. All traders try to stop the raise of the interest by making the economic slowing down. So, it could be a sign for Federal Bank to slow down the decision making to raise rate. Another reason from my point of view, some trader may knew that it may be the best time for them to get some cash flow in their pocket for the end of the year and the coming fall of market share which may create by the raising rate. They may knew that the Federal Bank is very determine to raise the interest rate for the longest bull market and the recent coming business tax cut that can boost the economic. So, they can try to buy share at lower cost by the falling market.
